Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1. Enrolment and Payments:


All enrolees must complete the registration process and agree to the fees and payment schedules as outlined. All fees for the term must be paid in full by the second week once White Shark Tennis Academy has confirmed sufficient numbers to run the group lesson. Payment plans can be arranged with the Academy.


Payments are due in accordance with the specified schedule. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of services.


2. Cancellations and Refunds


Cancellation of sessions must be made within the specified period for a refund or credit toward future sessions. 


Refunds or credits are subject to the academy's discretion and terms outlined during enrolment.


Refunds for missed sessions will not be issued, however where possible made up in the allocated term at the academy’s discretion. Each term 2 weeks are allocated as make ups for inclement weather should a training need to be cancelled


Make-up lessons are permitted under the following conditions only:

Absences must be communicated to white shark tennis academy and the request must be made for a make-up lesson

Make up lessons are offered as a courtesy by white shark tennis academy and are subject to availability of an appropriate and equivalent program place

A maximum of 2 make up lessons are permitted per Term

Make up lessons are not transferable to other participants

Make up lessons are to be taken in the current term

3. Conduct and Discipline:

Participants are expected to uphold a standard of respectful and appropriate behaviour during sessions.


The academy reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or violates the set code of conduct.


4. Liability and Waivers:


Participants and their legal guardians acknowledge and assume any risks associated with the sport and waive the academy from liability for personal injury or property damage or loss.


5. Health and Safety:


Participants are responsible for ensuring their physical fitness and health condition suitable for participation in the academy's activities.


Any health concerns or medical conditions must be disclosed to the academy for proper accommodation and safety measures.


If a student suffers from a medical condition, such as Asthma, the student should bring with their medication.


White Shark Tennis coaches are to be informed of conditions a student may have before they take the court and with the enrolment of the child. If a student requires medication (such as a puffer for asthma) they are required to bring this along to tennis.


6. Changes to Schedule or Services:


The academy reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, coaching staff, or services provided. Reasonable notice will be given for any alterations.


7. Privacy and Media Release:


The academy may use photographs, videos, or other media taken during sessions for promotional or educational purposes unless otherwise specified by the participant.


White Shark Tennis Academy takes privacy extremely seriously. We will only store information relevant for coaching and billing purposes. We will never share your private information with a third party or advertising agency.


8. Supervision of Juniors Policy

White Shark Tennis Academy coaches are not responsible for supervising children outside of lesson time.
